HOW CONTRACTOCY WORKS

CONTRACTOCY provides basic forms to assist you in creating an initial proposal. Your proposal is then reviewed by a local attorney in your jurisdiction who will ensure all terms are set up to meet legal standards. Once the contract is approved by the attorney, you will then be able to promote your proposal anywhere online and lead people to your link to get them to sign up.

There are different types of proposals available on our platform that you can use depending on your goal. Our platform will explain what these are and will guide you along the process so you can thoroughly and accurately complete the information needed to launch your campaign. Any contract requires a negotiation process. For this, there are two available negotiation systems.

Mutable

The mutable form allows for an offer to be changed based on an average number of users. An average of all the offers is determined and then a user can determine whether they will partake in the contract. If they don’t want to, they can leave.

Immutable

Immutable means that the contract creator/originator determines and sets a price or number. If you want to join the contract, then you have to be willing to accept the terms. It’s a take it or leave it situation.
